Q?What file format are DataLists sent?
A.Our default file format is csv.  If you need another format, please specify when ordering and we can accommodate just about anything.
Q?How long does it take to receive a custom DataList?
A.Normally we process any custom lists through our DataList service the same day.  With that being said, if we get a request at 4:59 Friday on Memorial Day weekend, same day will probably not happen unless we receive a phone call first and we can prepare for the transaction in advance. I should point out here that our normal business hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Q?What is your cancellation/refund policy?
A.You can cancel your account at anytime if you are unhappy for any reason.  If you cancel in the middle of the month, we will pro-rate your refund based on the number of days you account was active for the month.  For example, if you cancel on the 15th day of January and your monthly rate was $97, then we would refund $50.06.
Q?Once I register, how fast can I access the site?
A.As soon as you complete the online registration, you will be sent a verification link via email.  Once the account has been verified you will have complete access.  We would like to say you have immediate access, however, due to varying Internet connection speeds and email send/receive issues the process can take up to 15 minutes. If you are in a hurry after registering, don’t forget to click send/receive in your email client.
Q?How secure is the AgentApps site?
A.Currently our only means for monetary transactions is PayPal, an eBay company with over 350 million world-wide users.  We use their API for all our transactions.  More information about PayPal security can be found at the following site: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/paypal-safety-and-security. We do not house any of your credit card information on our system.  All your information is stored by PayPal.
Q?What states are available in your X-Date Marketing System?
A.Currently, only Pennsylvania is available.  We have data for Delaware available for manual searches, however, it is not avaliable online.  AgentApps 2.0 should be completed by January 1, 2013.  This new release will contain all Delaware, Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.
Q?What is AgentApps service territory?
A.All of Delaware, Southeastern PA, Southern New Jersey and parts of Maryland.
Q?How do I find the prospects that I want?
A.Searching the databases by geography, X-date, Experience Modification factor, SIC, Insurance Carrier,  & other special selects that will narrow down the list to exactly what you need.
Q?What happens when I save a search?
A.

Whatever step you are at, your search criteria will be saved and you can access the search results at anytime. This list can be accessed from either your dashboard (recent saved searches) or the saved searches section in the navigation. If you choose to view your search results immediately from the search page, your list will also be automatically saved and accessible from both the dashboard and the saved search section.
Q?Can I print my records?
A.Yes! To print records, click on the record and select the print button. You also have the option to print your entire list or those individual records you selected.
Q?What do I do if I forgot my password?
A.You can retrieve your password by selecting the “Forgot Password” link on the sign in page. Enter your email and you will receive an email containing a link to create a new password.
Q?Can I download my records?
A.Yes! To download records, click on the record and select the download button.
Q?What’s the format of downloaded lists?
A.The lists are in CSV format, which can be used in a wide variety of programs such as Excel, Salesforce.com, ACT, Access, etc.
